Ion Exchange Whey (milk) protein isolate, vitamin/mineral/amino acid blend (taurine, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, ,L-Glutamin, Magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid, di-alpha tocopheryl acetate, niacin, zinc sulfate dihydrate, vitamin a palmitate, d-calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, amino acid chelate, manganese sulfate dihydrate, riboflavin, thiamin hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, potassium iodide, amino acid chelate, vitamin k molybdenum, selenium amino acid chelate, vitamin b12, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavor, xanthan gum, sucralose, acesulfame K.

For a rich, thick shake, mix 3 scoops wtith 12 fluid ounces of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker, or a blender is not convienent, it can be stirred . It will not appear completely clear due to vitamin and minerals and flavor.
